VEGAS

A friend/co-worker invited me to celebrate her 29th and her sister's 21st birthday in Vegas.  Seeing that I am getting older and we all know Vegas and all girls weekends/roadtrip become far and few between so I decided this would be a good time to take advantage of opportunities youth still has to offer :)  I have to say I made a great decision! Lots o drinks, good food and great people= fun!  Although I was on a budget I didn't feel that way we had fun and I even came back w/twenty dollars holla lol  I also had my vegas wth moment on my flight back to PHX shared a double patron shot with a complete stranger....yeah interesting convo lol

Larabars

As I've been gaining more knowledge about health and paying more attention to what I put into my body, I have been slowly decreasing the amount of artificial foods I intake with that said I bring you this message: Don't sleep on the all natural larabars!  Lots of flavors like peanut butter cookie, apple pie, banna nut, lemon bar, ginersnap etc.  Check out the larabar story on youtube for more info: Watch "Larabar Story" on YouTube

Soup or Oops and Bombay!

Quote of the week:  Your present will become your past so enjoy now NOW so you can move on with your future   -Wut Datmean

The weekend is here thank you Almighty!   It has been a long week to say the least and my weekend will be filled with more have to dos but at least more when I wanna do along with it woooosah!  I'm still learning at the "tender" age of 28 ha....we'll get it right;)

Well the crockpot adventure from the previous post was aye ok.   The broth came out well yet the freezer burned veggies took away from the soup as a whole...lol  Lesson learned: check date on veggies before betty crocker moments turn into action to avoid years of ice marination taste..class dismissed:)

Now lets talk about my chicken and spinach party in my mouth!  I love spinach and can appreciate succulent pieces of rotisserre chicken breast hangin right along with my lightly seasoned spinach....yumminess!
